Sorted by most damages. "Getting worse" = last 7 days ≥ 1.5× the printer's usual week. "High rate" = damage rate ≥ 2× the average of all printers.Printed quantities (for damage rate)
Run a count query in the printing database (printer + number printed, optionally the date) and paste the result. Without a date column, the day below is used.
- Copy the damaged numbers that still have no printer and run your query in the printing database.
- Paste the query result below — number and printer columns, any order, quotes and extra columns are fine.
- Check matches, review, then Save printers. The dashboard and daily update show the printers right away.
